Invision’s new identity was born from a single challenge: How do you design a visual system that captures the spirit of Own every moment?
Our previous identity no longer reflected our confidence, ambition, or positioning. The refresh needed to balance visual boldness with strategic flexibility—delivering a system that could adapt across everything from Slack icons to large-scale event stages.
We started by mapping every environment where the brand lives—digital, physical, internal, and external. This gave us a blueprint for a visual system that could perform in every context without losing coherence.
The creative exploration was wide-ranging, from safe and familiar to daring and unconventional. Every concept was evaluated through the lens of our positioning: Does it project confidence? Does it work in both high-impact and subtle moments? Does it give our team the tools to own every moment?
The resulting identity is modern, confident, and adaptable. Our new logo is a mark of quiet strength. The color palette brings energy without overwhelming. Typography choices balance clarity with character. Visual elements scale effortlessly from the smallest favicon to the largest keynote stage.
Adaptability was non-negotiable. We designed for real use cases—social feeds, pitch decks, motion graphics, event branding—ensuring consistency without rigidity. This is a living system that empowers, not constrains.
Internally, the refresh rolled out across onboarding materials, team communications, and digital platforms, creating instant adoption. Externally, the identity has elevated our presence in every client interaction, making Invision instantly recognizable and unmistakably modern.
This wasn’t a refresh for aesthetics alone, it was a design solution to a strategic challenge. It’s proof that a visual system, when built to express a bold positioning like own every moment, can both inspire internally and stand out in the market. The results prove it: 145,000+ impressions, 42,000 video views, and engagement rates well above industry norms show our new identity system doesn’t just look the part—it performs it.
