The resulting "Perform Wonders" brand identity is a masterclass in strategic differentiation, injecting much-needed playfulness, confidence, and clarity into the typically dry HR Tech space. This refresh redefined the emotional and visual experience of Performance Management, driving immediate and exceptional business impact.
The primary challenge: make Klaar captivating to HR Leaders in a crowded field of legacy providers and emerging SaaS tools. The visual identity needed to reflect Klaar’s revolutionary product, while establishing a tone that was progressive and human-first.
The Solution: The entire rebranding effort was anchored by the core brand promise and the powerful new strapline: "Perform Wonders." Beautifully capturing, in just two-words, all aspects of the brand promise and product USPs, for multiple audiences.
Visual Identity: The new style is defined as Confident, Progressive, and Playful. It employs clear, sturdy typography and accessible design principles, marking a deliberate and bold departure from the conventional, corporate B2B aesthetic. The Klaar brand Color Palette is composed of five modern and vibrant colors—’Frankly Red’, ‘Proofleaf’, ‘Baseline’, ‘Paperwhite’, and ‘Breakpoint’—deliberately chosen to establish a unique and unmatched market identity.
Tone of Voice (TOV): The new visual identity was reinforced by a Clear, Bitesize, Honest, and Cheeky TOV. This singular, charming, and highly memorable communication strategy ensures consistency and strong recall.
