After nearly one hundred rounds of process optimization and formula experimentation, the design team has achieved a liquid chocolate filling even at a freezing temperature of -18°C. This innovation revolutionizes ice lollies by offering a novel ‘drinkable’ experience, bringing consumers unprecedented sensory delight.
The product emphasizes high-quality raw materials. Milk, sourced from Holstein cows raised on a scientifically formulated diet of alfalfa, meets EU standards. A 100°C boiling process removes undesirable odors and preserves the pure aroma. The formula contains ≥42% pasteurized milk—listed as the primary ingredient—complemented by fresh animal cream, creating a dense and velvety texture. Premium cocoa liquor imported from West Africa is taken as the filling. The result is a delicate balance between the mild sweetness outside and the slight bitterness inside, delivering a rich, smooth yet never cloying taste.
For a better consumer experience, the ice lolly stick is made from Moso Bamboo through multiple techniques, eco-friendly and safe. At the same time, the natural fragrance of bamboo further enhances the sensory experience for consumers. Additionally, the entire production process takes place in the brand’s own factory—certified by international quality management systems—enabling strict quality control from raw materials to finished products and thus ensuring excellent quality in every ice lolly.
